My 12 year old daughter is already comparing herself to other kids on social media and becoming insecure about how she looks and what she has. I want to raise her to be confident but I am struggling to compete with the constant comparison culture she is growing up in.

Model it yourself. She is watching how you talk about your own body, your own achievements, and other people. Children absorb the self-talk of the adults around them.
