My ex is already posting pictures with someone new and we only broke up 6 weeks ago. I feel sick looking at it. I know I shouldn't care but it's eating me alive. How do I handle this without losing my mind?

First, block them on everything. You do not need that information and it is not helping you heal. Second, rebound relationships often don't last. What you are seeing is probably someone coping with the breakup, not someone who has moved on.

Their timeline is not your business and it says nothing about your worth. Some people avoid grief by immediately filling the void. That's their problem to deal with eventually.
