After my last relationship I don't recognize myself. My confidence is gone, I second-guess everything, and I don't trust my own judgment anymore. How do I rebuild myself after a toxic relationship?

Start small. Set tiny goals and achieve them. Each small win rebuilds your trust in yourself. Also, reconnect with friends and activities that existed before the toxic relationship.

Therapy is really the most effective tool here, especially if the relationship was emotionally abusive. You need to unlearn the false beliefs they planted.
