Is it healthy to need constant reassurance from your partner?

I constantly need my partner to tell me they love me, that I am not a burden, and that they are happy with me. They are getting exhausted by this. Is needing reassurance a problem?

Needing some reassurance is normal. Needing constant reassurance usually indicates anxious attachment or underlying anxiety that the relationship alone cannot fix.

Work on building your own self-worth independently. When your sense of security comes from within, you won't need constant external validation.
