Is it bad to date multiple people at the same time?

I am currently going on dates with three different people and I feel guilty about it even though none of us have defined anything. My friend says it's totally normal in modern dating but it feels wrong to me. Is dating multiple people simultaneously ethical?

Before exclusivity is discussed and agreed upon, dating multiple people is generally accepted and expected in modern dating. The ethical line is crossed when you lie about it or lead someone to believe they are the only one when they ask directly.

Your discomfort might be worth listening to. If it feels wrong to you, you don't have to do it just because it's common. Date in a way that feels authentic to your values.
