How do you know if you are in love or just infatuated?
I met someone 3 weeks ago and I am completely obsessed with them. I think about them constantly. Is this love or just infatuation? How can you tell the difference this early on?

Three weeks in is almost certainly infatuation. Love develops over time as you see someone in different situations and moods. Infatuation is based on who you imagine them to be.

The obsessive quality you describe is a hallmark of infatuation. Real love has a calmer, steadier feeling to it.
